Time heals all wounds
Time creates an empty space for forgiveness
For every regret you have made, just wait
There is time.
For the daughter who lost faith in her father
There was time.
The time he kissed the back of her head and told her she made him proud
It took so much time.
But the time they have now, can create many years of laughter.
For the girl who left the country to go find life
To find the perfect career and the perfect husband
She spent all her time travelling and searching
To realize that what she had at home was her man and her money
It took searching and so much time.
There are times of emptiness where we feel bruised and broken
Times where we feel we don't know how to pick ourselves back up
But just wait.
There is time.
Time will heal us, time will tell us stories of what we need to let go.
This time, 2010, I will know that everything takes time
So wake up, its time.
